Tuam Education Centre’s Maths Challenge Quiz for 6th class primary school students took place on Wednesday 13th November in the Ard Rí House Hotel, Tuam. The quizmaster was Mr Cammie Gallagher, former Maths teacher at St. Jarlaths College, Tuam and former Assistant National Co-ordinator for Project Maths. The winners of this year’s competition were Trinity Primary School, Tuam with an excellent score of 20 out of 26.
Cammie Gallagher presented the cup and 1st place plaques to Trinity Primary School Team: Owen Cosgrove, James Wong, Ava Hynes & Thabo Williams. Plaques were also presented to the 2nd place team from Trinity Primary School who scored 19 out of 26
